
The Clearinghouse has opened a new Community Outreach and Training Center (COTC) in Washington, D.C. The Center provides a setting for people working in HIV/AIDS prevention, health care, research, and support services to access HIV/AIDS information resources.
The Center provides:
- Access to the full range of Clearinghouse services
- Training on how to obtain information, use databases, and communicate with others through the Internet, CDC NAC ONLINE, and other electronic bulletin boards
- A collection of community newsletters, scientific journals, and CDC and Clearinghouse materials
- Computers, printers, and other electronic resources which visitors may schedule time to use
